Police arrested an Oakland City man on Tuesday. Indiana State Police stopped a motorist for speeding on State Road 57 Tuesday evening. When the trooper approached the vehicle he smelled burnt marijuana. The driver displayed sign of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Further investigation revealed he was driving while under the influence of marijuana. He was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and taken to the Pike County Jail.
