Gov. Holcomb extending emergency order another seven days

Indiana’s coronavirus restrictions will remain as Governor Eric Holcomb is extending the state’s emergency order for another seven days. Holcomb says Indiana’s coronavirus numbers have been falling for weeks and the state’s seven-day positive rate dropped to ten-point-eight-percent, but he wants to be cautious. The governor says he’ll decide the next step next week. Many of Indiana’s counties were taken out of the red category for coronavirus spread this week, but Holcomb says enough are still in the red that the restrictions need to stay in place.
