An early morning traffic stop on Saturday landed an Evansville woman in jail on multiple charges. Court documents say police stopped a car at US 41 and Washington Avenue for having a false plate, around 12:40 a.m. Saturday. 31-year-old Heidi Angermeier told officers she did not have ID on her, and could not provide proof of insurance due to recently buying the car. Police also found a glass pipe, an electronic THC pen, a digital scale, and small plastic bags filled with meth in her car. Angermeier has since been charged with dealing meth, possession of meth, marijuana, paraphernalia, a false license plate, and driving with a suspended license.
