In Girls Basketball last night, the Barr Reeve Lady Vikings captured a road win over NE Dubois 48-29.  The Lady Vikes move to 8 and 4.  The Barr Reeve vs Forest Park girls game tomorrow has been cancelled.  Next up for the girls will be a road trip to Shoals Tuesday night.
The Washington Catholic Lady Cardinals picked up a road win over Cannelton 52 to 41.

Purdue made 11-of-17 3-pointers and defeated Indiana 81-69 for their fifth straight win at Assembly Hall and eighth in a row in the series. Trevion Williams turned in a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds as the Boilermakers continued their recent dominance in the in-state rivalry. Purdue held the Hoosiers to just 3-of-18 from beyond the arc and continually held off IU runs, as the Boilers led for the final 37 minutes. Indiana was led by Trayce Jackson-Davis’ 25 points, and the Hoosiers shot just 16-of-29 from the free throw line.
The Indiana Pacers defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 111-87 for their first win in the Rose City since 2007. The Pacers took control by outscoring the Blazers 33-10 in the second quarter after being tied after one quarter. Indiana was led by Malcolm Brogdon’s 25 points. Domantas Sabonis added 23 points and 16 rebounds as the Pacers improved to 8-4 and 2-1 on their West Coast road swing.
IndyCar veteran and former Indianapolis 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay is returning to Andretti Autosport along with sponsor DHL in 2021. Hunter-Reay enters his 12th year with Andretti and has been sponsored by the shipping company since 2011. The 2014 Indy 500 winner wrapped up a four-year contract at the end of last season, in which he finished 10th in both the “500” and the championship standings. The 40-year-old has 18 career IndyCar wins and won the 2012 series title. The 2021 IndyCar season is scheduled to begin April 11th at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama.
