On Sunday, the Indiana Department of Health reported 3,002 new cases of coronavirus across the state. That brings the total number of positive cases to 526,071. The department also reported 56 new deaths, bringing the total number of Hoosiers who’ve died due to COVID-19 to 8,111. So far, nearly 5.8-million Hoosiers have been tested for coronavirus. The state’s current overall positivity rate is at 10.7-percent, while the seven-day positivity rate sits at 14.7-percent.
