Last night, Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man after he was stopped in Oakland City for expired registration. During the stop, a loaded .45 caliber handgun was located under the front seat. Further investigation revealed the gun had been reported stolen out of New York. 23-year-old Dan Willis was arrested for possession of a stolen weapon, possession of paraphernalia, and for carrying a handgun without a license.
