42-year-old Mark Blackwell of Edwardsport was arrested on Thursday and charged with Resisting Law Enforcement, Dealing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Obstruction of Justice. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
