On Monday, the Indiana Department of Health reported 3,978 new cases of coronavirus across the state. That brings the total number of Hoosiers who’ve tested positive for the virus to 468,219. The department also reported 31 new deaths, which brings the total number of Hoosiers who’ve died due to the virus to 7,101. So far, over 5.2-million people have been tested for COVID-19. The state’s overall positivity rate sits at 8-percent, while the seven-day positivity rate is at 12.2-percent.
