Indiana has joined the legal battle. Attorney General Curtis Hill Thursday filed a brief in support of the state of Texas’ lawsuit against Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Texas’ attorney general wants the Supreme Court to overturn the election results in each of those states, claiming local election leaders in each state used the coronavirus as an excuse to manipulate election laws. Hill said it’s important for the nation’s high court to restore faith in the electoral process. Fifteen other states have also supported Texas’ election lawsuit.
