The Daviess County Heath Department has released the latest COVID-19 numbers. 79 more cases of the virus have been diagnosed since Friday. That brings the total number of cases diagnosed since the start of the pandemic to 1,878. Four more deaths were also reported bringing the total number of COVID-19 deaths in the community to 55. Over 8,800 people have been tested in the county to date.
