Knox County has seen 3 vehicle thefts in the past week. These thefts do not appear to be related according to police, however, they are not ruling out that possibility. All three thefts have occurred in different areas of Knox County. Last week, a truck was stolen that was later used in robberies in Illinois. Police arrested Steven Williams in Oaktown on Sunday for the theft, but he was not charged for the robberies. A second vehicle was reported stolen on Monday, but Police have since made an arrest for this case as well. A diesel pickup was reported stolen Tuesday night from a home on Camp Arthur Road.
