Joan Marie (Rumer) Goodwin, 90, of Vincennes, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at BridgePointe Health Campus.
She was born January 16, 1930 in Vincennes, Indiana to Grover and Perna Marie (Dickerson) Rumer.
Joan retired from Vincennes Community School Corporation where she worked as a secretary and was a member of the Franklin Heights Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband Royal Goodwin whom she married July 31, 1949; and her nieces and nephews Brett Goodwin, Brian Goodwin, Debra Davis, Karen Wilber, Carolyn Hanson, Rose Geis, and Ann Kimmel.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sisters Louise Geis and Betty Bush.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Ray Tromley officiating. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Joan Goodwin.
