Deanna E. McNicol. 76, passed away at 8:55 am on November 25, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Deanna was born on May 29, 1944 in Washington the daughter of James and Alma (Miley) Goble.
Deanna had a big heart for dogs and Omi was her faithful friend and companion. She loved watching and spoiling Dinah as well. She crocheted and never let a baby shower or wedding go on that she didn’t present them with a beautiful blanket, and she enjoyed her churches and gospel and country music. Deanna was all about Christmas and set up a beautiful Christmas village and her white tree that she decorated a different color every year. She also lived on her phone talking with her family and friends, and was very close to all of her neighbors.
Survivors include her brothers, James Goble and his wife Norma, Jerry Goble; sisters, Janet Stephens, Jean Durbin; nieces Denise Mandabech, Danielle Able, Aubree Garner, Josette Wilbanks; and her nephews, Johnny Goble and Bub Bybee. Deanna was preceded in death by her father, James Goble, mother, Alma (Miley) Goble Cattiler, step-father, Tom Cattiler, and a daughter, Deborah Kay.
A graveside service to celebrate Deanna’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 919 Willow St., Vincennes, IN with James Goble officiating.
