42-year-old Robert Doolin of Washington was arrested early Saturday morning for Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment, and Driving While Suspended with a Prior. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
