Daviess County still has the lowest unemployment rate in the state. This is the seventh month in a row that Daviess County has had the lowest unemployment rate in Indiana. The October numbers show Daviess County had an unemployment rate of 2.7%. This is a small increase from the 2.5% that was reported in October of 2019. Martin County had an unemployment rate of 3.2% for October 2020, Pike County had an unemployment rate of 3.9%, and Knox County had an unemployment rate of 3.6%.
