Indiana has avoided another record breaking day for coronavirus. On Sunday, the Indiana State Department of Health reported 1,629 new cases of COVID-19 across the state. That brings the state’s overall number of positive tests to 147,582. The department also reported 19 new deaths, bringing the total number of Hoosiers who’ve died because of the virus to 3,704. So far, over 2.5-million Hoosiers have been tested for coronavirus. The state’s current overall positivity rate sits at 5.7-percent.
