Fans of small college athletics are going to become very familiar with Evansville. The NCAA yesterday announced that University of Southern Indiana and the Evansville Sports Corporation will host the 2024 and 2025 NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Elite Eight. That will be at the Ford Center. In 2026, the NCAA II Swimming and Diving National Championships will happen at the Deaconess Aquatic Center. And the 2023 NCAA II Cross Country Midwest Regional will take place at USI. Eric Marvin with the Evansville Sports Corporation says they are more than thrilled to have all of the action return to the city.
