The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department worked a one-vehicle personal injury accident on U.S. 50 near Antioch Christian Church around 10:55 a.m. Sunday. The accident resulted in an injury and authorities requested an AirEvac helicopter. No other information is available pending the completion of a state report.
Then around 12:30 Sunday, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department received a call reporting a silver Bronco swerving all over the road while the driver was using a telephone. The Bronco then hit a fence near Country Oaks Golf Course. State Police located the vehicle across from the golf course. No other details are available at this time.
