Lindsay Owens named editor of the Washington Times Herald

According to the Washington Times Herald, Lindsey Owens has been named editor of the Washington Times Herald. The appointment was announced yesterday in the newspaper and was made by the regional publisher of CNHI (The company who owns of the Times Herald) Amy Winter. Owens will handle the overall news responsibilities at the paper. She is a 2008 journalism graduate of Indiana University and has been with the Times Herald since 2013. Regional Publisher of CNHI, Amy Winter, said “Lindsay brings solid journalism experience and a keen understanding of the community to the editor’s position. She has earned the respect of the newspaper’s staff and the readers of the paper.”
