582 more Hoosiers have tested positive for coronavirus, according to the Indiana State Department of Health’s update on Monday. That’s out of 6,470 new individuals tested, meaning nine percent came back positive. 2,780 Hoosiers have died from the virus — five more than the number of deaths reported Sunday.
In Daviess County there have been 7 new cases diagnosed since Friday. That’s a total of 262 since April. No additional deaths have been reported. All those infected are in isolation recovering.
