A traffic stop in Sullivan County on Wednesday night led to the arrest of a man from Switzerland County. State Police say a female teenager ran a stop sign and was pulled over. The officer noticed she was driving impaired, and she failed a sobriety test. She was cited and released to her parents. However, the passenger, 51-year-old James Hightshoe, had meth, marijuana and syringes. He was arrested on four charges and taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
