Carter Cramer, a psychiatric nurse practitioner at IU Health, says he’s seen an increase in the number of patients in 2020, and there are many reasons for that. Many feel isolated, some of have lost their jobs, and the majority are worried about the future. He says another reason is the news. Cramer says it’s okay to take a break from watching or listening or scrolling through social media. He also encourages you to get out of the house, connect with loved ones, and eat healthy.
