Washington Police report that 19-year-old Raymond D. Purcell was arrested on Wednesday for Resisting Law Enforcement, Reckless Driving, Criminal Recklessness, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Neglect of a Dependent. Those charges stem from an alleged hit and run accident reported at 6:39 last night at Northwest 11th and West Van Trees.
