A crash in Jasper resulted in the arrest of a Washington man. It happened on Friday when 52-year-old David Davis was said to have backed into another vehicle in a parking lot. He allegedly refused to take a chemical test and upon further investigation was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Refusal, OVWI with a Prior; Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Marijuana with a Prior. He was jailed at the Dubois Count Security Center without bond.
