-Washington Police arrested a Knox County man on several charges Monday. 39-year-old Daleon E. Seals of Decker was jailed for Possession of Meth; Possession of Paraphernalia; Possession of Marijuana and Operating While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $2500 at the Daviess County Security Center.
