The National Education Foundation has named Barr Reeve School Corporation as the best in the nation in using a premiere program to bring unparalleled STEM education to all students.
The Washington Times Herald online is reporting that Barr Reeve has been named the foundation’s 2020 National STEM award winner. The Foundation’s goal is to prepare a million students for college and the STEM workforce.
Andrea Huff is the school’s STEM and Career Coordinator and she says she’s proud of the students, teachers and administrators. She says teachers embraced STEM when it was implemented into the day to day curriculum.
