29-year-old William Breeden, who had pleaded guilty to one count of child seduction while working as a non-certified employee of Washington Community Schools, appeared for sentencing in Daviess Superior Court Wednesday.
The Washington Times Herald reports that Judge Dean Sobecki sentenced him to a 2 and a half year suspended sentence and one year on home detention and 18 months on supervised probation.
Breeden was arrested in 2016 on four counts of child seduction. As part of the plea agreement of pleading to one count; Breeden is required to give up his substitute teacher’s license and agree not to teach or coach. He will be on the sex offender registry for 10 years.
