Two more COVID cases in Daviess; 3 in Knox; 4 in Dubois and 1 death

        The Daviess County Health Department on Thursday afternoon reported two more cases of COVID-19 in the county since Tuesday.    They said there are currently 15 cases in quarantine in the county including those two new patients.  That brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Daviess County to 88 since early April.  56 of those 88 have recovered, 17 have died.

        The Knox County Health Department on Thursday reported 3 new COVID-19 patients who are quarantined.  There have been 28 total cases in Knox County since the pandemic hit the area.  There are 6 active cases in Knox County with one of those set to be releaed tomorrow. 

        The Dubois County Health Department reported it’s 3rd COVID-19 related death on Thursday.  They also say they had 4 more cases arise this week.  That brings the total number of cases in Dubois County since the pandemic hit to 188.  60 of those have recovered.  The health officer in Dubois County said Thursday that the third patient who died did have underlying medical conditions.
