Drive up diplomas at Pike Central

Pike County High School Seniors participated in a drive through graduation Thursday.  There are 120 seniors in the Pike Central Class of 2020 and there were about that many vehicles lined up at the PC Parking.  They drove through and were treated to faculty and staff yelling their congrats wishes and holding signs.  The students then received their diploma and awards through the driver’s side window from Principal Brian Holland.

Tonight was the original scheduled graduation, a special video will be shown on social media tonight of the seniors.  Each senior who turned in their end of year materials during a scheduled time last week shot their portion of the video and again it will be shown at 7:30 tonight.  A link will be on the School Corporation’s Facebook page.

An actual commencement is tentatively scheduled in July at Pike Central.
