Elective surgeries could be allowed to happen again by next Monday

Another 505 Hoosiers have tested positive for coronavirus since Sunday, the Indiana State Department of Health said Monday. There are 11,686 positive cases as of today. A total of 569 Hoosiers have died from the virus.
