Police administered Narcan to revive a man who was suspected of suffering from a drug overdose in Knox County.
State Police Spokesman Todd Ringle reported that Saturday night at 8-pm the trooper was on during waiting to wash his patrol-car at 6th and St. Claire in Vincennes when he saw a driver in a nearby wash bay falling over at the wheel and being pushed back up by a passenger only the fall again. When the trooper approached the vehicle, the man only identified as 39-years old and from Bicknell, was unconscious and appeared to not be breathing.
An ambulance was called and Vincennes Police arrived and administered the drug overdose drug Narcan which took effect when the man was en-route to the hospital and he regained consciousness. No other details were known.
