A reward of $5,000 is being offered for information that would lead to the arrest of a suspected arsonist. Investigators say the fire that destroyed a downtown Sullivan building this past Monday was deliberately set. The building was a two story commercial site that had partially collapsed. Anyone with information is asked to call the Indiana Arson Hotline at 1-800-382-4628.
