The Daviess County Health Department is advising residents to continue to abide by stay at home, social distancing and personal hygiene recommendations and orders. They also say that families should have a designated shopper and not go out together for shopping and errands. Children should stay home whenever possible and neighborhood socializing is discourage. They say that includes no playdates, overnight friend visits and more. Stay 6 feet away from anyone you don’t live with to avoid possible exposure in public. This comes as the state predicts Indiana’s peak of COVID-19 cases is still a week to two weeks away. Slowing the spread is crucial.
