The Daviess County Landfill is making changes due to COVID-19 safety concerns. They are open but only authorized personnel will be allowed to enter the Scalehouse building. All transactions will take place at the drive up window on the north side of the building. That includes waste disposal, bag tag sales and inquiries. All recycling for the time being will be in outside containers, magazines, books and newspapers won’t be received in the building until further notice.
