Changes in the cafeteria started today at DCH

      Daviess Community Hospital is working to keep you updated on the status of the hospital amid COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.

        In their latest update, they announced that Outpatient Nutrition Services have been suspended.   Employees traveling outside of work and home have to report their travel to the DCH Education Department.

     Starting today, things changed in the cafeteria.  It’s carry out only, all meals from the cafeteria will be in disposal containers.  They are working to keep the limit of people in the cafeteria at 10 or under. Again there is no dining in allowed.  The salad and sandwich bar has been replaced with grab and go pre- made options.  Hours for the DCH Cafeteria are 7 to 9 for breakfast, 11 to 1:15 for lunch and 4:30 to 6 for supper.

        Current visitor restrictions are now on under 18 can visit. The Behavioral Health Unit is now accepting any visitors, OB patients are allow up to 2 visitors at a time including one significant other and a support person.  For the Outpatient Clinic, pediatric patients can have only one parent or guardian in the room during an exam.
