(NETWORK INDIANA)   If you’re driving in a county that’s currently under a travel advisory, you’re not going to be pulled over just for being on the road. Indiana State Police Sergeant John Perrine says the advisories aren’t law, just guidelines people are highly encouraged to follow. Perrine adds that, if you are pulled over by a cop, you likely violated some sort of traffic law. Casual conversation during that stop would include questions like where are you going and where are you coming from, but according to Perrine, these are questions the police have already been asking for years. Six counties around Indiana are now under travel advisories or watches, because of the coronavirus. Counties under travel watches or advisories are  Cass, Howard, Marion in the northern part of the state and Hancock, Wayne, and Grant counties in the central.  No southern counties have advisories or watches have the travel bans.
