ARRESTS
-Indiana State Police arrested 23-year-old Jason Joseph of Washington and 24-year-old Benjaimin I. Harrison of Miami, Florida for Resisting Law Enforcement. Both were charged Tuesday. Harrison was also charged with Reckless Driving. Both were booked into the Daviess County Security Center without bond.
POLICE REPORTS
-The DCSD responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on East Street in Elnora. That was reported at 5:04-am Tuesday.
-Washington Police were called to a minor accident at 9:34-am Tuesday at East National Highway and 257.
-Washington Police investigated a reported breaking and entering at U-Haul on West Main. The incident was reported just after 9 on Tuesday morning.
-A resident on West Van Trees reported some items taken from their unlocked vehicle.
