Indiana State and Huntingburg City Police went to serve an arrest warrant Thursday at 4:30-pm, but the wanted man would not come out of a home on East 22nd Street in Huntingburg. State Police negotiators talked with Jesse Hall and he did surrender himself without incident about 8:30 last night.. State Police say Hall was wanted for an incident that happened earlier in the day.
