About 85 percent of public schools in Indiana are getting a C or better on the latest state report card. The Indiana State Board of Education released the report cards yesterday. About a third of schools earned an A grade. About a third of schools earned a B grade. Those that didn’t don’t have to worry about being punished for their poor performance.
