Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic selected Greg Hays, a native of Washington, Indiana, as Senior Scientific Technology Manager (SSTM) for Rapid Prototyping and Exercise Lead.
In this position, which Hays filled starting Feb. 3, provides strategic and technical oversight for rapid prototyping, ensuring prototypes and solutions are aligned with larger exercise guidance and direction. In addition, Hays is responsible for guiding participation in exercises and fleet engagement opportunities and demonstrating novel capabilities to the Fleet and Marine Corps. Hays will also work closely with his counterparts across the Naval enterprise in leading rapid acquisition initiatives, ensuring a technical advantage for the Navy and Marine Corps.
