Vincennes Police made a traffic stop on Tuesday morning and arrested a man for having 55 grams of pot. The stop was made on North 6th and officers said there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
After being questioned, the driver, Jefferey Rawls voluntarily opened the center console and removed a grey plastic bag that contained a large amount of green plant like material. Mr. Rawls was then placed under arrest.
