-Washington City Police arrested 34-year-old Michael J. Weathers of Washington. He was taken into custody when officers were called at 9:42 last night to a West Main Street address. Weathers is charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief.
-Beth S. Walker, 41 of Odon and 39-year-old Nathan B. Tosti of Odon were Thursday by Washington PD for Dealing Meth, Possession of Parapheranlia, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. No bond was set. Walker was was also wanted on a warrant for Dealing Meth. Both were jailed without bond.
42-year-old Beau D. Mattes of Washington was arrested on Thursday for Public Intoxication. No bond was set.
-59-year-old Marquita J. Trayler of Washington was arrested for Possession of Meth and Maintaining a Common Nuisance Bond was posted.
-Odon Police arrested 27-year-old Damien L. Payne of Odon Thursday on a warant. Payne was wanted for Residential Entry and Disorderly Conduct. Bond was set at $2500.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 61-year-old Jay T. Brown of Washington on a Court Order for Public Intoxication and Reckless Driving. No bond was set.
