Former 2 two term Vincennes Mayor Terry Mooney passed away this week. He was elected in 1999 and served through 2008. Prior to that, he was with the Vincennes Police Department. Mooney once employed now governor Eric Holcomb as an administrative assistant. No word yet on funeral arrangements.
