The Washington City Council meets for a regular session tonight. On their agenda is an update and overview of local Census activities and needs. The council meets at 6:30 at the council chambers on Harned Avenue.
After the city council, the Board of Public Works and Safety will convene. They will discuss a contract with SIDC for administrative services concerning a state grant application to help pay for the mandate Phosphorus removal project at the Wastewater Plant. Also the board will look at bids concerning the demolition and removal of debris of structures located at 303 South State Road 57 in Washington.
The Daviess County Commissioners have a regular meeting at 9 tomorrow at the courthouse.
They will get their regular updates on the Annex and 900-East. They will also make an appointment to the Airport Board and hear a yearly report from the Daviess county Economic Development Corporation.
