The Greene County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the robbery of the Country Porch gas station in Linton Tuesday night.
Police say that tips from the public helped lead to the arrest of 57-year-old Robert Dale of Hymera.
Dale faces charges of robbery, theft, criminal confinement, criminal recklessness, intimidation, and pointing a firearm.

Police in Greene County are asking for your help in identifying a suspect in an armed robbery at a Linton gas station.
Just after 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday police say that a man displayed a fire arm and demanded money at the Country Porch.
He left with an unknown amount of cash.
The suspect is described as being in his 50s or 60s, with white thinning hair, and a white mustache. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, and sunglasses.
Police say he left in a silver 2010-2017 Chevy Equinox, driving toward Linton.
