Last night at 7:06-pm, Vincennes Police were called to the Dollar Store on Willow Street. They were told that employees had found a black case with syringes, spoons and possibly drugs inside. The workers looked at surveillance videos and found that a man had dropped the box from his clothing and he was still inside the store. Police arrived and placed 42-year-old Jonas Letts under arrest. A search of his person turned up Dollar Store merchandise hidden his clothes. Letts charged with Theft and Possession of a Syringe.
