Vincennes Police say an alleged shoplifter’s getaway was foiled when he left his keys in the store.
At 4:45 Wednesday afternoon, officers were called to Dunham’s Sports on Niblack Blvd. in Vincennes. they say that John Logan Parkes misplaced his keys in the store while he was quote “shopping”. Police made contact with him at his vehicle where he was found to be in possession of stolen property as well as syringes, controlled substances and meth. He was arrested and booked into the Knox County Jail.
