Gordon L. Small, 84, formerly of Monroe City, passed away at 1:30 am Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Prairie Village in Washington, Indiana.
He was born August 21, 1935 in Knox County, Indiana to Gordon and Lou Small.
Gordon worked for the town of Monroe City for 26 years and also served his country in the Marines. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and bowling.
Gordon is survived by his wife Bertha Ellen (Cockerham) Small whom he married in 1975.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Roger Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Monroe City. Visitation will be from 4-6pm Monday at the funeral home. Goodwin Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Gordon L. Small.
