Sheila M. Robinson, 66, passed away at 10:27 pm on December 24, 2019 at Willow Manor Nursing Home in Vincennes. Sheila was born on July 14, 1953 in Washington, the daughter of Eugene and Constance (Foster) Robinson.
Sheila was a graduate of Ruskin High School where she was a first chair clarinet player and a flag girl. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1976 from Avila College in Kansas City, MO and had been a Registered Nurse for several hospitals in the Kansas City area. She enjoyed cross stitching very much and was an accomplished ball room dancer.
Survivors include her mother, Constance Robinson of Washington; brother, Rex Eugene Robinson of Kansas City, MO; nephews, Nicholaus and Adam Robinson; great nephew, Blake Robinson and great niece, Ryleigh Robinson. Sheila was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Robinson.
Friends may visit with Sheila’s family from 11:00 am until the hour of service time of 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State St., Washington, IN. Sheila will be laid to rest in Oak Grove Cemetery. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to assist the Robinson family with arrangements.
