Washington Mayor-Elect Dave Rhoads will be sworn in as Mayor tomorrow.
The new Mayor will attend a swearing in ceremony scheduled for 1-pm at the city council chambers on Harned Avenue. That facility is also home to the Mayor’s office and is adjoined to the fire department where Rhoads has served as chief for over a dozen years.
Tomorrow’s swearing in ceremony is open to the public. Again it’s at 1-pm.
